Laurie Ljubojevic is a visual artist who dots paper (both found and handmade) by placing tiny dots of acrylic paint on the surface and by puncturing through the paper with pins & needles. La Dotiste also creates sound art about her dotting process.

To go on with, here is a picture from an artist book that I dotted last summer while artist in resident at The Banff Centre. Every page, both from and back, has been covered with a myriad of tiny spots of acrylic paint. I consider it to be a book of days, a record of my life, and a homage to the original artist with whom I collaborated.
